Exclusive Luxe Tours created a new category called investment hospitality. We don’t sell property and we don’t represent any developer. Our model is fully independent, with no sales pressure, no bias, and complete transparency. Instead, we host cinematic, insight-led journeys that help you understand Dubai, explore future off-plan opportunities, and make clear, confident decisions. Our role is to empower and inspire you, not to sell to you.
We call ourselves Curators of Investment Hospitality because our guests are not just tourists, they are explorers, professionals, first-time buyers, passive-income investors, and global decision-makers seeking clarity, not sales pressure. Every moment of your journey is curated with intention: cinematic storytelling, independent guidance, refined hospitality, and introductions to trusted developers with proven credibility and delivery. You will never be pressured to buy. We are fully independent and do not sell property. Your journey is hosted with clarity, discretion, and complete respect for your pace. Some guests invest after the experience; others simply gain perspective and understanding. The choice is always yours, our role is to offer insight, not pressure.
The Experience Itself (On-Site, Virtual, Private)
You can choose from three off-plan property experiences:
• On-Site: A seamless, cinematic day in Dubai with future previews, trusted developer access, expert guidance, and light investor networking.
• Virtual: A focused, one-to-one session from anywhere in the world to explore trusted developers and off-plan opportunities with clarity.
• Private Bespoke: A fully tailored itinerary shaped around your vision, timing, and discretion needs.
Each format offers independent insight, you simply choose the journey that suits your story.
Your day begins in our private cinema, followed by a focused seminar on the Path to Ownership that gives you clarity on Dubai’s vision and how to navigate off-plan opportunities. From there, you’ll enjoy light networking over refreshments in the ELT Café before your chauffeur-hosted immersion into Dubai’s future, comparing contrasting developers, gaining expert context, and experiencing refined hospitality throughout. The journey is designed to feel seamless, elevated, and deeply informative, leaving you with clarity and a renewed sense of possibility.
Each tour is intimate and reserved for adults over 21, with no more than 11 guests. You’ll typically be joined by explorers, professionals, couples, investors, and serious buyers who value clarity, insight, and meaningful conversation. Private experiences are also available for complete discretion.
There’s no requirement to be ready to invest. Many guests join simply to understand Dubai, gain perspective, or explore future possibilities. Whether you’re curious, comparing opportunities, or preparing for a long-term move, the experience is designed to give you clarity and confidence, always at your own pace and without any pressure.
Independence, Transparency & Developer Selection
We are not tied to any developer and our curation process is strict. We evaluate credibility, delivery history, financial stability, masterplans, pricing logic, and long-term value. To give you complete clarity before booking, the On-Site tour page presents two contrasting developer profiles, showing price ranges, strengths, and who each option suits, from first-time buyers to passive-income investors to those seeking spacious residential or commercial opportunities in prime locations. You receive balanced, comparative insight rather than a single-developer narrative. You choose with confidence; we host with independence and transparency.
Booking, Policies & Practical Questions
Very little preparation is needed.
For the On-Site Experience, simply arrive on time, have breakfast beforehand, and dress smart-casual. We take care of every detail; chauffeur transfers, schedules, refreshments, and hosting. You’re welcome to bring business cards for light networking in the ELT Café.
For Virtual Experiences, all you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a pen and paper for notes. Everything else is curated to feel seamless, focused, and effortless, so you can fully enjoy the journey.
Payments are taken securely at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Within 48 hours, bookings become fully locked and can no longer be changed, as each experience is prepared in advance with care and precision. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Private Bespoke itineraries include a tailored proposal and invoice based on your chosen schedule.
All experiences are hosted in English to ensure clarity and a seamless flow. If you require another language, private support can be arranged for bespoke journeys with advance notice.
Trade & Reseller Partnership Questions
Each partner receives unique tracking links and codes. Every referral is logged automatically, ensuring attribution is accurate and your commission is always protected.
Resellers earn clear, reliable commissions on confirmed tour bookings. Commission details and percentages are shared during partner onboarding.
Commissions are released after the guest completes their tour. All timelines and payment processes are outlined transparently in your partner setup.
No. To protect the ELT experience and ensure brand consistency, partners must use official ELT-approved assets provided during onboarding. Custom marketing materials are not permitted.
No. There are no fees to join. Approved partners can begin referring clients as soon as reseller credentials are issued.
Yes. Approved partners receive a simple reseller agreement outlining expectations, commission terms, and brand guidelines.
Resellers receive onboarding materials, brand assets, clear guidelines, and direct support for tracking, marketing, and client coordination.
Yes. ELT accepts referrals globally, provided the guests fit our experience standards and criteria.
No. There is no referral limit. Partners may refer as many clients as they wish.
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. Once approved, you will receive your reseller credentials, tracking links, and onboarding materials so you can begin referring clients immediately.
Brand & Corporate Partnership Questions
We assess every application for alignment with ELT’s standards, guest expectations, and overall experience flow. Only brands that enhance our cinematic journeys, hospitality moments, and off-plan discovery experience are approved.
Approved partners receive a tailored placement plan outlining how their brand will be featured across guest touchpoints, including cinema moments, curated interactions, hospitality elements, or in-journey integrations based on relevance and fit.
In select cases, yes. For categories where exclusivity enhances the guest experience or partner value, ELT may limit collaborations to a single aligned brand per category.
Partnership terms vary based on category, scope, and placement strategy. Details are discussed privately once alignment is confirmed.
Yes, if the offering enhances the guest journey and aligns with our standards. Each integration is reviewed to ensure it complements the ELT experience.
