2. How do I book a specific date or route?
When you select the On-Site Experience, you’ll see our booking calendar with available dates and routes:
- Horizons Route: Tuesdays & Fridays
- Legacies Route: Wednesdays & Saturdays
- Icons Route: Mondays & Thursdays
Each date shows availability and seat status. Simply choose your preferred route and confirm your booking in minutes.
3. What happens if the date I want is sold out?
If your preferred date is full, you can:
- Join the wait list for that date.
- Select another available tour date.
- Or request a Private Bespoke Experience tailored to your schedule.
We keep every group intentionally small, so even sold-out dates remain personal and exclusive.
4. Can I book more than one type of tour?
Yes. Many of our guests begin with a Virtual Experience to gain clarity, then join an On-Site Experience to see Dubai in person. Others may continue with a Private Experience for maximum discretion and flexibility. You are welcome to combine journeys at your own pace.
5. What if I am traveling with a partner or group?
For On-Site Experiences, each guest requires an individual booking, and each group is limited to 11 guests for comfort and exclusivity. Couples, friends, or colleagues are welcome to book together.
For Private Experiences, group size is flexible and the itinerary can be tailored entirely to your needs.
6. Do I need to prepare anything before my tour?
Nothing beyond yourself.
For On-Site tours, we recommend smart-casual attire. All transfers, refreshments, and schedules are arranged for you, and you are welcome to bring business cards if you’d like to connect with fellow guests during light networking in the ELT Café.
For Virtual tours, a quiet space and a stable internet connection are all you need.
We take care of everything else so you can relax and focus fully on the experience.
7. How do payments work?
For On-Site and Virtual tours, payment is taken securely at the time of booking.
For Private Experiences, a tailored proposal and invoice will be provided once your itinerary is designed.
We use trusted payment systems to ensure your booking is seamless and secure.
8. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand plans change, and we’re here to make it simple.
Your place is reserved exclusively for you, yet if your schedule shifts:
- On-Site Experiences can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.
- Virtual Experiences can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Each guest is offered one complimentary reschedule within three months of the original booking date. This way, your place is secure, your options remain open, and the experience is hosted with the same care whenever you choose to join us.
